Shipping charges are calculated on the dollar value of the order and automatically imputed to your order. These charges are spelled out in detail when the order is presented for confirmation --- you will be able to review shipping charges before actually placing the order.

Return Policy

Petal Play provides a 30 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by phone at 508-430-0347 and we will issue a Return Authorization Number. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Place the RAN# on a piece of paper inside your shipping box. You are responsible for any return shipping expense. The merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of the order.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in perfect condition we will issue a credit to your charge account or issue a check if that payment method was used.
